Meet Harriet Pacey / Founder

Commercial experience.
Creative direction

I’m Harriet Pacey, founder of Molten Mess. My background spans commercial leadership, marketing, sales and recruitment.

My work has connected commercial strategy with brand development, website delivery and business expansion. I’ve led agency partners and internal teams through complex website and ecommerce projects, as well as building and updating websites hands-on using WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, Wix, Shopify and other leading site builders.

That experience goes beyond launch. I’ve planned websites to support new content, continued SEO work and future growth, and set up reporting to understand search visibility, keywords and sales performance.

With Molten Mess, I bring that strategic perspective into a direct, personally led service. I use AI-assisted tools to support design, development and testing, helping me move efficiently from ideas to implementation while keeping the work under my direction.

For you, that means one person connecting the commercial priorities with the creative and technical decisions, supported by a clear process and careful review.

The approach

Keep the work creative.
Keep the process clear

  1. 01

    Discover

Talk through your business, your customers and what the website needs to do. Agree a clear scope and next steps.

  2. 02

    Design

Shape the pages and visual direction, with an opportunity to review the design before development begins.

  3. 03

    Build & test

Bring the agreed design to life and check the layout, links and agreed functionality across screen sizes.

  4. 04

    Launch & hand over

Review the finished website, agree the launch and make sure you understand the setup and support options.
